Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to karagodgroup@gmail.com (no phone calls or left messages).

5% registration fee is non-refundable

1. Overnight programs:

If you cancel 30 days prior to the start of the program, the total amount is refundable (minus 5% registration fee).

If you cancel 14-30 days prior to the start of the program, 50% of the amount will be refunded (minus 5% registration fee).

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program cannot be refunded.

If a program is canceled because of fire or air quality conditions, 70% of the amount will be refunded.
