Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to karagodgroup@gmail.com (please do not call or leave voice messages).

• A 5% registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Program start date, 100% of the program fee will be refunded minus the 5% registration fee.

• If cancellation is made 14–30 days before the Program start date, 50% of the program fee will be refunded minus the 5% registration fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the Program start date.

• If a Program is canceled by KARAGOD due to conditions beyond KARAGOD’s reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, smoke, poor air quality, severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events, 75% of the program fee will be refunded.
